Transparency regarding our clinical boundaries, educational frameworks, and non-medical scope of practice at L.G.E.T. Mindset™.
Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Mental & Emotional Release® (MER®) as practiced by Curtis B. McCullom and L.G.E.T. Mindset™ are educational and self-improvement processes. These modalities facilitate access to an individual’s internal subconscious resources to assist in problem-solving, increasing motivation, refining communication syntax, and altering habit patterns to create positive character change.
Curtis B. McCullom is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of MER® and NLP, governed by the ethical canons of the International Board of Hypnotherapy (IBH) and the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP). Curtis B. McCullom does not practice medicine, psychiatry, or psychotherapy, and services provided are not a replacement for medical treatment, psychiatric care, counseling, or licensed mental health therapy.
In instances where a client seeks hypnotherapy as a complementary adjunct for a diagnosed medical condition, chronic pain, or clinical anxiety disorder, service will only be provided under Medical Support Hypnotherapy protocols. In compliance with IBH standards, this requires a formal written referral or consultation permission from the client’s licensed primary healthcare physician or mental health provider before sessions begin.
All hypnotherapy, NLP, and MER® processes are client-centered and require active participation. The client retains full personal autonomy, conscious awareness, and decision-making control at all times during sessions. Results vary based on individual subconscious habituation, compliance with recommended Bespoke Daily Mental Supplements™ (BDMS™) audio conditioning, and personal commitment to action.
